About the Role

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of talent acquisition professionals to help build the sourcing strategy for UT Health San Antonio.  In addition, you will build critical talent pipelines, source passive and active candidates using a variety of resources, and partner with talent stakeholders to find a range of inclusive candidates to meet our hiring initiatives. 

How You'll Make an Impact 

  • Develops talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Develops and executes sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates through networking, social media, internet mining (job boards, Boolean search strings), and our internal databases.
  • Builds, increases and maintains a diversely qualified candidate pool.
  • Conducts initial screenings of potential candidates to understand their skills and motivators.  
  • Performs research and identifies where the target talent exists, capturing and sharing learnings with the team.
  • Creates and composes compelling messaging that highlights the exciting challenges and incredible culture at UT Health San Antonio. 

  • Maintains records with accuracy in our ATS and maintains high data integrity.  
  • Strategize, plan and organize in-person and online recruiting events.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree is required.
  • Two (2) years of related experience is required.  
  • Ability to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.  
  • Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment where hiring needs can change quickly.
  • Creativity with the ability to think outside the box to uncover hidden talent.
