Job Summary:

This position will support the physician practice of the Long School of Medicine with full-cycle talent acquisition by serving as a strategic partner with hiring managers by defining open positions, sourcing candidates, attracting, and hiring diverse talent.

Job Duties:

1.  Leads the full life cycle talent acquisition efforts for open positions in a variety of medical specialties.

2.  Develops sourcing strategies that result in the selection of best talent for the institution.

3.  Builds and maintains excellent relationships with hiring managers, department leadership, candidates, and the community at-large to get a full understanding of their strategic goals.

4.  Drives highly qualified candidates through the evaluation and recruitment process, including offer, negotiations, and orientation.

5.  Provides consultation, education, and training to hiring managers regarding the recruiting process.

6.  Proactively builds candidate pipelines for defined positions.

7.  Performs other duties as assigned.  


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree is required.


Five (5) years of recruiting experience in a healthcare setting is required.
