Job Summary
Oversees a team of Financial Specialists in the Long School of Medicine and effectively assigns and manages workload generated through a ticketing system and other avenues. 

Job Responsibilities
1.  Responsible for tracking flow of transactions and ensuring Service Partnership Agreements are being met. Provides financial management and guidance in budgetary operations for units servicing and implements financial policies, procedures, and internal controls developed by University governance to ensure full compliance. 
2.  Proactively identifies business needs and issues across units and develops solutions for customers when a standard process or procedure will not satisfy their needs. 
3.  Oversees and performs financial analysis of accounts in support and coordination of Financial Budget and Projection efforts.  Performs advanced non-routine analysis. Prepares non-routine, standardized and ad-hoc reports following pre-established processes as well as last minute solutions. 
4.  Responsible for identifying issues with administrative processes that create challenges for our customers and plays an active role in implementing solutions. Research solutions for customers when a standard process or procedure will not satisfy their needs. Collaborates with staff to develop solutions to customer issues; incorporate customer feedback into delivery of service to provide best experience possible.
5.  Develops and monitors key performance indicators as determined by the department, executive committee unit and customers served.  Responsible for maintaining and assisting in the development of dashboards in Business Analytics software that provides timely and accurate information and insight to customers on their accounts and financial situation. 

Education 
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience
At least five (5) years of customer-facing service or financial transaction experience to include one (1) year of supervisory experience is required.
