Job Summary:

Under general supervision, responsible for providing oversight of the day-to-day operations by directing and coordinating the activities of one or more complex academic/educational programs. Facilitates and coordinates various academic activities, maintains records, databases, provides curriculum information, and maintains documentation for continued accreditation. May work to assist the Program Director and serve as a resource for students/residents/fellows.


Job Duties:

  1. Responsible for the development and coordination of all aspects of the assigned program(s), including, management and support of external third party platforms.
  2. Ensures compliance with program regulations by coordinating visa requirements, licensure and certification paperwork for students/residents/fellows.
  3. Coordinates schedules and meetings for program site visitors including the preparation of itineraries, agendas, meetings for program site visitors including the preparation of itineraries, agendas, meeting minutes and technical support.
  4. Monitors program budgets and coordinates activities related the programs and assist in development of activities and materials for the program.
  5. Assist with all accreditation documentation to include institution and program reviews, site visits and other special events.
  6. Assist with marketing efforts for the program. Reviews and updates of annual handouts/manuals including recruitment materials, brochures, website, and orientation material.
  7. Performs all other duties as assigned.



Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is required.


Three (3) years related experience is required.


Master’s degree.
