Job Summary:
This position will promote our Neurological clinical services in the San Antonio market. The primary role of this position is to call on referral sources that include pediatricians, physical therapists and specialty clinics.

Job Duties:
1. Cultivating referral relationships within the community with physicians, physical therapists and other potential referral sources. Analyzing referral data in order to work efficiently and effectively.

2. Collaboratively work with clinic director and business development team to facilitate the referral conversion. Develop strategies to maximize referrals. Provide recommendations for program development and quality improvement initiatives related to referral process and referral satisfaction.

3. Communicate effectively through written and verbal communication channels. Oversee the development of collateral materials such as
brochures and flyers and direct mailers.

4. Seek out community relationship building opportunities such as event sponsorship and attending those events. Generate creative public relations campaigns which may include writing press releases and following up with the media.

5. Plan and organize special events/dinner seminars from start to finish. Secure and host “lunch and learn” events, creating and maintaining databases, reporting on status of marketing with detailed marketing reports, and traveling primarily throughout San Antonio but will include surrounding areas.

6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

(5) years of related experience in a healthcare setting.

Supervisory Requirements:
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Creative thinking abilities with an eye for detail; personal integrity, teamwork abilities; and ability to work independently.
