Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, responsible for providing consultation and support services to faculty, administrators, departments, and committees on issues related to evaluation, including instructional effectiveness, student evaluation, and curriculum development and evaluation. May lead or mentor lower level team members.

Job Duties:

  1. Consults with faculty and staff regarding evaluation processes, including testing, course and curriculum reviews, and faculty evaluations.
  2. Consults with faculty, staff, and graduate students regarding research processes, including research design, research instrument development, and grant proposals.
  3. Assists in planning and evaluating curricular and course revisions.
  4. Advises faculty and staff on the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of statistical and qualitative data.
  5. Assists in the design and delivery of faculty development workshops.
  6. Plans and conducts sessions on testing and evaluation for teaching skills courses.


Master's degree in a related field is required.


Six (6) years related experience is required.
