Director, Linking Interprofessional Networks for Collaboration (LINC)
Job Summary:
Oversees, directs and supports coordinating, promoting and facilitating interprofessional academic program in collaboration with faculty, learners, staff and academic leadership to support full range of project activities, while assessing efficiencies of varying initiatives. Serves as the primary spokesperson intreprofessional networking program and projects.
Job Duties:
1. Oversees and coordinates campus awareness plan for inter-professional education initiatives, by developing and implementing program strategies and activites. Conducts regular meetings with stakeholders, faculty, student leaders and community partners.
2. Leads various related committees and councils in creating a more cohesive and comprehensive portrait across the organization. Coordinates annual program symposia.
3. Develops and implements plan, in coordination with faculty and leaders, to incorporate curricula competencies across multiple schools through curriculum mapping executed at the program level. Maintains database and documents coordinating contributions from faculty and staff across the institution.
4. Develops assessment plans to evaluate inter-professional student learning outcomes congruent to the nature of the activities. Investigates diverse methods of implementing the program, evaluating outcomes, and reporting findings.
5. Collaborates with institutional partners to provide reports and updates as requested, including assessment reports for accrediting organizations. Collaborates with faculty and students to disseminate findings and outcomes of program in scholarly publications, professional meetings, and other appropriate venues.
6. Assures proper accountability and management of program, including fiscal resources, and implementing changes as approved.
7. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education:
Master's degree in related field is required.
Experience:
Seven (7) years related experience is required.
