Be Well Texas is an interdisciplinary team committed to reducing the burden of substance use in Texas by expanding equitable access to compassionate, evidence-based treatment and recovery support services. Our programs organize around three pillars: clinical service delivery to provide access to treatment for individuals with substance use disorder; workforce training and technical assistance to improve quality of care; expand our skilled treatment workforce and clinical research into developing cutting-edge treatments and disseminating them into communities.

Under general supervision, responsible for maintaining the integrity and quality control function of data input/output systems and the production of internal and external reports. Processes input and output of a computer systems while effectively interfacing with individual users and/or groups.

 

Job Duties:

  1. Gathers, organizes, analyzes and processes data from various sources to maintain Institutional database.
  2. Prepares queries, runs reports, and imports/exports data for various mailings and projects upon request.
  3. Provides troubleshooting, problem analysis, technical training, and support to end-users.
  4. Manages and maintains departmental website within the Institution based on curriculum.
  5. Prepares routine checks of information to ensure the accuracy of the institution's database and donor information.
  6. Responsible for file maintenance and record retention of both paper and electronic documents.
  7. Performs all other duties as assigned.

 

Education:

Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent is required.

 

Experience:

Two (2) years data processing related experience is required.
