Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, responsible for monitoring the performance, maintenance, and operation of multi-media audio visual equipment in a classroom/conference setting.


Job Duties:

  1. Provides support of technology system and services to include basic training in the use of equipment.
  2. Assists in the design and set up for offsite events and delivers supplemental equipment in support of all events.
  3. Assists with service and maintenance of hardware, software, peripheral equipment, and tools.
  4. Tests equipment and performs general equipment maintenance.
  5. Monitors classroom equipment through interface/monitoring software.
  6. Works closely with internal IMS services to ensure functionality of resources.
  7. Documents and checks out audiovisual equipment for all uses and events and keeps maintenance records for all equipment.
  8. Performs all other duties as assigned.



High school diploma or GED is required.



One (1) year of directly related experience is required.



Associate's degree in IT related field is preferred.
