Job Summary:

Under limited direction, provides advanced administrative support to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Responsible for daily office and fiscal management duties to include collecting, compiling, and analyzing moderately complex data and information as needed. 

Job Duties:

1. Provides complex administrative and clerical support including all routine correspondence, mailing, scanning, faxing , faxing and copying and maintaining filing system. 

2. Prepares reports to Department and Division leaders on stats provided by residents, time and leave for faculty and reported clinical activity for contracts. 

3. Answers phone calls and responds to inquiries.  

4. Manages calendars, schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Prepares travel vouchers, submits payment requests and requests approvals for travel and paid leave for faculty. Works with web-based scheduling software for clinical faculty checking availability and coverage. 

5. Assists with the daily operations and fiscal activities of the department. 

6. Performs all other duties as assigned.


High school diploma or GED is required.


Seven (7) years related experience is required.
