The Division of Hematology Oncology of the Department of Medicine and the UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson Cancer Center within the Joe R. & Teresa Lozano Long School of Medicine is recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider.
The Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for follow-up and health maintenance care to patients in accordance with protocols established by the physician instructing and counseling patients with respect to treatment and care.
The Advanced Practice Provider will maintain complete and accurate records of patient contact and perform other duties as assigned.  

- PA candidates must be certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician's Assistants, licensed by the Texas Medical Board with experience as a Physician Assistant in a clinic setting.  

- NP candidates must be Board Certified, and licensed by the Texas State Board of Nursing with prescriptive authority with experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinic setting.
